YOUR TASK

• Lead and develop distributed frontend engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and intentional career growth
• Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver high-quality, user-centric features in a timely manner
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes to increase speed, quality, and team productivity
• Ensure strong alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering to create cohesive customer experiences
• Define and track clear KPIs to measure engineering impact and link outcomes to business value
• Promote a culture of ownership, inclusion, excellence, trust, and continuous feedback
• Define and uphold frontend service-level objectives (SLOs) for reliability and performance
• Plan team capacity, lead hiring efforts, and scale the team in line with product roadmap needs

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong technical foundation with deep frontend expertise and platform experience
• Proven track record in engineering leadership, including team management and organizational scaling
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable technical solutions
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams across locations and time zones
• Operational clarity with a focus on delivery predictability and system reliability, combined with strategic foresight
• Empathetic, clear, and outcome-driven leadership style that enables and empowers others to succeed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate transparently and effectively across functions and organizational boundaries
